Love this body style torino but actually like the cyclone spoiler a little better. 70 cyclone spoiler 429CJ 4 speed is one of my favorite Ford muscle cars ever built. Just a bad ass looking machine

gorgeous! i bought a j-code in 1975. auto column shift, wimbleton white with blue bench seat interior. 429 scj 375 horse with solid cam 780cfm holley. the things i see missing on this cobra are the oil cooler,a couple of lug nuts and shaker scoop pieces.i do miss my cobra.i was 17. i sold it to my best friend in 85. he moved back to oklahoma, sold it to a teen, and the teen sold it to a shelby collector. the shelby collector traced the cobra back to me in 1988.( i live in maryland.he's in OK.) in 1990, he tried to sell it back to me, but i didn't have the funds because i was involved in putting back together a 69 cobra fastback which i still own.

Check out the "orange" Mach 1 in the intro - a carbon copy of the most favorite Ford I ever owned. I've also owned a car with the 429 Cobra jet. The emblems are my favorite. This engine has some TORQUE baby! Big time! I had a '69 XL 500 convertible, a HUGE car (19 feet long!) A little slow off the line, but once she got going, there was no limit! My guess is this Torino is similar in performance, depending on the gears. I'll take it! Sign me up for a 20 year loan so I can afford it! REMEMBER: "You can live in your car, but you can't drive your home!"

Nice car Ford's tag line was Ford has a better idea. Then why is the trunk floor the top of the gas tank. Looks like they were cutting corners to me.

Nice car, but I would like it better if it was the original Bright Gold Metallic and still had the bench seat. I don't think the black paint on the hood should be so glossy.

Torino's were Sub Frame Type Cars, Chevelle's had a Full Frame, Not sure what your talking about ??? There 2 totally different types of Chassis.
