i've always deployed my infiltrator unit last, like after both myself and opponent have finished deploying....i never knew i could deploy them first, this is huge!!! thanks for the intel!!

I feel like this is the step I always do wrong. My infiltrator units always get booped before they really do anything, and I have to get out of the mindset of trying to screen Deepstrike so hard, especially on the first turn.

How do scouts block line of sight ?

I think its about denying the opponent to move in a position to fire. the scouts dont block line of sight but he cant move anything without going into close combat with scouts. took me a second to realise the deployment zones are on opposit corners (I think) but i am not really sure if this is the right interpretation

I don’t know if anyone mentioned this already but scouts cannot embark in an impulsor so that squad tactics trick wouldn’t work for them.
