Meanwhile those old European buildings have been standing strong and proud for centuries and some even millennia, because they were built completely out of stone and/or Roman concrete, without shoving any garbage steel into them to rust, expand and crack the buildings.

I used to see this building while work in progress and wonder what could it be. Now I know it. It looks grand in person. Possibly the best so far in Lutyens Delhi. Its right at Akbar road. Kudos to this government for pushing infrastructure projects.
