So just a little helpful criticism for later videos here, if you even read this, record yourself playing through content like a dungeon, pvp, or really just anything and put that in the background when you are talking. It will get yourself a lot more people staying to watch the entire video rather than skipping around or just quitting halfway. When you need to explain something visually you can clip over to it for a sec to explain it and then go back to the background footage. It just keeps the viewer entertained while you talk by giving them something to watch, rather than how you just stand there and spin around.

Bro, I like your vids a lot and it seems you're growing fast, you timed it well with the vanilla hype and you seem like an awesome dude. I just wanna say that if you have the tools in your editing software, maybe even in a music editing software, try and increase the amplitude of the audio man. It's pretty low. Even if you just use a simple limiter plugin that'll be fine :)

Leveling a warrior really isn't that terrible (unless you level prot, just don't). You'll always get into a dungeon run so long as you tank (which you can do whilst moving down the Fury/Arms tree). Warrior Rundown: 1-10 you shouldn't really struggle at all (advice make sure you kill 10-15 MORE of the mobs your quest(s) require for that extra XP. 11-15 the difficulty definitely picks up especially for humans; this'll be when you kill your first elite mob and will be your introduction to Westfall. 16-20 you'll start getting the gist of how Warrior's level, I personally found these level brackets to be some of the easiest (after doing Dead Mines) 20-30 you'll be running Shadowfang Keep to get some nice gear to help assist you in leveling; as a fantastic goal, you'll be rewarded with a Windfury Axe (and others but please take the axe, seriously). Beyond level 30 shouldn't require explanation, you'll breeze through it as long as you TAKE YOUR TIME, you will not speed level; you'll be one of the last classes to reach max (statistically) and will struggle solo leveling. If you have a friend, your experience will be night and day, you will not struggle half as much as what you would solo; juggle aggro, get heals (if they're a priest/hybrid) and share the experience. Brief realistic overview just remember, if you want to play warrior and tank you won't be forcing yourself to level. It's a game, Blizzard made every class enjoyable otherwise the warrior class wouldn't be the second most played.

The rogue doesnt generate his energy by doing white damage..it keeps doing that on its own. But the warrior on the other hand has to hit with his white damage hits to generate rage...so hé can do more damage. Both melee but way different recourse management

Really don't get the fury while levelling. I've hit 60 with warrior 3 times and apart from being way worse in PvP (serious consideration while leveling) after level 30 it's easy to have good 2h weapons until 60. WW Axe, Stoneslayer, The Nicker. It's definitely faster too, all the speedlevelers are arms. The one advantage Fury has is that it's a little easier to not die with it.

2 Handed (Big sword) Fury is proved to be the best in terms of leveling. This is a fact, arguing whether Arms or Fury is better is deniable. I could say go with what you prefer, but Arms is mainly a focus for pvping and is not that great for leveling/PvEing.

i like warrior with the talent that keeps my rage to 25 all the time while stance dance (on leveling) my rotation is, as arms ->charge, mortal strike ->berserker stance -> (depending on rage) WW or Mortal -> switch back to battle stance when a Overpower procs...can kill almost any regular mob of my level in a few hits...

Yes, that should be just fine. It's your prefered way to level and if you stick to mobs your level you should be just fine.

If you are going to tank raids in vanilla does that require to be in protection spec? If so, I think I might need to level an alt for farming stuff, as I don't want to have to switch around the farming spec and the raiding spec all the time.

tanking raids, protection is pretty much mandatory. Unless you're off tanking some trash where it can be doable in fury.

(I've seen some forum threads where people recommended you level 2 alts if you are going warrior, but I don't know about that, 3 toons seem like too much at the same time).

Well, first I'd focus on leveling the warrior to 60 and after that on the alt. A mage should bring you some extra gold. And if you take advantage of the rested exp you can also try to aoe grind the mage to 60.

Heroic strike should not be used at all. It's like 15 dmg for 30 rage (costs 15 rage and you're missing your white hit wich would have gained you 15 rage) Save the rage and pull 2 mobs and cleave with sweeping wind

Actually what you said is wrong. The warrior is the only tank that can get crit immune. But bears are good tanks as well. Not Main Tanks, they're designed to be hybridtanks/ off tanks and thats where they're good.

With 440 def you only get immune to crit, to be crush immune, you need around 65% (or something Around this) combined Out of parry, dodge and block Trust me, im playing a T2 prot warrior with quelserrar on a German private Server :p

Only classes that can 1v1 a Warrior at equal gear are Hunters and Frost Mages if they get lucky. All other classes get 2-3 shot unless the Warrior is super unlucky. Then it takes 4-5 hits. Frost Mage needs to root and keep blink off cooldown for Intercept and hope the Warrior doesn't have a free action pot. Hunter needs to Frost Trap and Concussive Shot kite and pray they stay out of Intercept range. No other class can handle them since they're immune to fear and an Orc warrior can get 40% stun resist. Shadow Priest and Warlock fall over in seconds because they have no defense against Warriors, Rogues get 2-shot with Overpower, Druids get smashed by Mortal Strike, Shamans either get a Windfury Proc of the gods or die, Paladins have to use bubble and lay on hands to even have a chance. Against another Warrior is a tossup on who gets more crits.

Orc has stun resistance and +5 axe weapon skill Tauren has a stun spell + 5% stamina It's a matter of prefference.

why is warrior is powerful after gears up? I mean.. other classes have high level gears, too, but why can warriors gain more from high level gears than other classes can?

Mostly because they benefit hardly from every stat, for example 20 agility gives 1% crit while for hunter 59 agility gives 1% crit. Crit and hit are the best stats and the hit cap does not stop at 16% like casters, it goes up to 24%. Strenght give 2 AP...etc.. Later in game you'll find items containing all these stats. Str +agi + hit + crit and so on. Almost all the abilities scale with the weapon damage and the stats will help a lot.

Also warriors get more of their resource (rage) the more often and harder they hit. Rage scales better with gear than any other resource, especially in Vanilla.

yes dorfs are good but best pvp races are orc tauren and gnome tauren as arms and tank for horde orc fury pve and pvp gnome as any spec one root remover is lifesaver

Think I covered most of the points in the video. What you're saying It's slightly different than what i said. I noticed that while tanking low level dungeons the 5 points in protection are not that useful for me. I can build enough threat w/o them. For DW on early level i'd take the Cruel Barb (2.80) with the 1.70 offhand from dm as an example, the quality of the 2.80 is to good to dump it for a 2.40; later you get vanquisher +sword of omen which you can use up to Maraudon when you get the trash blade. I'd say you can tank BRD in fury also, but that depends on the player. Thanks for the points you made here. I'll up pin this post maybe someone can get some info.

thanks man but i dont say low weps are not good but when you got only a attack that is extra damage + wep damage for next attack and slow wep will have its disadvantages in my opinion its better to get a fast wep on low lvls especialy xd the 5 points on shield spec for 5 % more block and more rage when block not exacly better threat but better rage regen in some cases when ppl trying to rush with duns with minimum lvl they will feel it a lot and also some squishyness those extra points will make them a bit tankyer for those who want to be better tanks (not recommended tho)

Deathbone set was updated only in 1.10 version of WoW Currently most or even all servers on Elysium/Nost have older versions, thus this set doesn't give any +defence. Just shity green set. You need to clean WDB folder in WoW client in order to see items stats properly.

Rend is pure garbage in vanilla which should almost never be used, save for weapon training. There's a reason the rend talent is a first tier talent and gives a huge bonus of +45% damage, because even with it the damage is still terribad. It's essentially ten rage to do less than a single white hit over half a minute.

Sry but arms is the lvling spec, on a pvp server you are just Dumb going fury. At lvl30 you get sweeping strikes which increase your lvling speed by a lot really just boom tbh. At lvl 45 you Will have 10% crit from just talents and dont fortet that anger management gives you 1 rage every 3 sec and decreases lost rage between pulls.

Rend is good man, does damage equal to and heroic strike overtime. You'll be able to use the whole duration of the buff cause you kill mobs slow. It's true that heroic strike can crit but it can parry aswell. I'm not talking out of my ass here. 10 rage is worth for the rend. Period.

Rend isn't worth the money learn from a trainer in Vanilla (even pre-10 when you're lacking anything else to press). I'd rather spend the rage on sunder then rend, even when soloing as it'll do more overall damage. I was a noob once myself though and thought, but I kill slow anyway? Whats the harm? You die a lot because you waste rage on rend that could've been spent on ANYTHING else that would've been more valuable.

Tanking rotation in Vanilla? Spam Sunder armor: The End

+Elvissangry in terms of raw threat everything is subpar when compared to sunder. HS doesn't activate GCD and can be combined with sunder for more TPS. At lower gear levels where rage generation is a concern you are always better off using sunder if you are going for raw efficiency... However that is monotonous so go wild, even throw a rend in that rotation if you are feeling spicy ;)

Ways of a warria can not be learned from a instructional video!! No but really u missed the most important things like fear bombing hamstringing and kiting and thunderclaping and most of all STANCEDANCE!! And not t mention slowly and finaly losing youre dam mind.... I havent played wow for awile played warrior from beta release. And i can still fucking point out the graveyards in all zones on the freaking map :( . Epic tips from me if u want to play this class chose a diffrent one.. Or make friends erlie around lvl 20 whit a healer and deside to lvl together pay him or do what it takes become his bitch if u must. Or lose ur mind u deside

Fury warrior can be replaced by rogues or mages (ranged = better) anytime. Tanks not, end of story :)

you are 100% wrong. There are many fights where ranged are handicapped by mechanics. you clearly have little vanilla raiding experience.

I've been playing Vanilla for 7 years or more now. Played on so many servers before the modern Era. Been in the best, most competitive guilds from 2015-2018 (Nostalrius/Elysium/Light's Hope). Cleared MC/ZG/BWL/AQ's/NAX multiple times, multiple character. Holding not only server first(s) with the guild, but speed record(s) as well. (The speed records might not hold at this point). Was Rank14 in retail back in 2006 (and Rank 12-13 in the modern Era of vanilla). I've also seen Naxx back in 2006 (no Kel'Thuzad kill), my guild got disbanded after 60000000000 4Horseman wipe. This still doesn't change the fact that Rogue>Warrior, not only because it can pump out more damage, but they can vanish and reset aggro if needed. Not to mention, most of the fights are okeyish for both melee and ranged. There are more MELEE handicapped fights than ranged. I think my vanilla raiding experience is up there, just because you won't admit things, it doesn't make you right.| Ps. Since WARRIOR IS THE ONLY VIABLE TANK in vanilla (Druid/Paladin is only good for 5 man). Hopefully i don't have to explain it why they are bad for raid tanking. Fight's like 4Horseman requires 8 T2 setbonus Warrior Tank... There is NO alternative in tanking, not like in DPS. I'm not saying Warriors can't be Fury Dual wield (alliance) or Fury 2H (horde > windfury totem), but they are most likely have to be tanks.
