Hi Jeanette. The official answer would be - not long - maybe a few weeks. However, we have had ours in the fridge months, and all that happens is that it starts to separate. With so much sugar acting as a preserving agent, it would most likely go mouldy if left a long time rather then go-off. You could make a half batch if you were worried about how long it lasts :) Enjoy the videos.

Is that the Thermomix you are asking about? It depends on what country you are located as to whether you can get one. We have had the Thermomix in Australia since 1999 (this is the TM6 which is the 3rd model Australia has had) but they originated in German in the 60s. Hope this helps :)
