I’m recovering from disorder eating so I’m very proud of what i ate today! Breakfast - tall glass of chocolate milk; small carton of blueberries Lunch - wrap with kale, hummus, chicken breast, and Colby jack cheese; blueberries & grapes Snack - tortilla chips; carrots & bell peppers with hummus Dinner - grilled salmon; brown rice; broccoli; kale salad I also drank about 6 bottles of water with lemon today! Also a reminder that the amount of food everyone needs to feel full and satisfied will vary! It’s a big lesson I’m learning, but everyone has different needs! Listen to yourself xoxo

For anyone who doesn’t know, extreme hunger isn’t binge eating. It actually occurs when someone deprives themselves for so long their body feels the need to eat their whole pantry. It may seem similar, but it’s different. Have a fabulous day 💕🌱✨

what i ate today (i am in ed recovery and following a meal plan, pls don’t reply things like “that’s a lot” bc it will just trigger me) breakfast - 9:30am bowl of cornflakes with semi skimmed milk, i finished most of it i forgot about my morning snack but shh don’t tell on me 😳 lunch - 1:00pm 3/4 of a slice of bread scrambled egg (1 egg) with ham some fruit - mostly raspberries and grapes afternoon snack - 4:00pm a small apple, mostly finished (apples fill me up for some reason) dinner - 7:00pm i didn’t eat much of it unfortunately but i had a lil bit of beef with carrots, sweetcorn and some potato evening snack - 10:00pm hot chocolate yummy

If your microwave Alfredo is too watery, you can thicken it with a little bit of flour or heavy cream. I also recommend asking for half the syrup in a blast if you think it’s too sweet. Also: try to eat at least something for breakfast, even if you’re not hungry.

Don't always think you have to ALWAYS eat "organic" and "healthy" food all the time just to be skinny! You can have desserts and junk food and still be skinny! You also don't have to be "skinny". It's really just about making sure that your body is healthy (and sugar and junk food won't ruin that!) Just make sure that you're happy and healthy! Enjoy yourself and treat yourself! (remember you only have 1 life to live!) I hope this helped someone! :D

I ate 6) half an hour later I drank a smoothie (mango, blueberry, acai, banana with almond milk. lunch- I ate peanuts bit before lunch a chicken sandwich (chicken, tomato lettuce, pickles, onions and a little bit of mustard on a sesame bun from the bread shop at the supermarket. the chicken is not fried. with cucumber, tomato, broccoli and more chicken of the side. with water

I know its been a while since you posted this, but you're actually a very healthy weight for your age and height, and you shouldn't listen to your mom, no offense to her but she shouldn't being saying that stuff to her own child especially when you are already a good weight. I have no tips for fasting because its not really good to fast at a young age, but if you really still want to lose weight just eat in a deficit. But don't ever go below 1200 calories, it can slow down your metabolism and you'll hold on to weight/fat even more. Try to stay around 1400-1800 calories to lose weight, and try walking more/ being more active. I would say to try to not go lower than 49kg because you're pretty tall for your age. I wish you the best, and I'm sorry that you're mom is saying those things to you, its not her place to tell you those things. Stay strong! :)

wow that was unnecessary, first of all, i’m saying that as an opinion and as someone who has really struggled with body image that’s the type of shit that gives people eating disorders and body dysmorphia. i’m not saying that that girl doesn’t look good, i’m saying it frustrates me that people make those videos and other people go around thinking that they need to look like that.
