I always figured classic stuff was just a different dimension, a little "have your cake and eat it, too" by just having two cakes. It explains why Sonic can reference classic adventures while the classic characters are doing their own parallel thing

"No matter what form I take, The End comes for you all!" The End in Frontiers took the form of the moon (made itself look like it) and that's why there's a normal purple moon in Superstars. But that's just a theory, a game theory!

I think Classic sonic was a younger sonic from the past but due to Sonic Generations. Younger (Classic) sonic timeline changed when it happened, due to him showing up cause then the phantom ruby teleporting him to Modern sonic (original) timeline. Modern sonic goes through the original games, but Classic Sonic timeline changes after sonic & knuckles when he teleported to Sonic Generations timeline.

In the original Frontiers final boss, The End monologues about how Sonic fought gods and that “they were mighty” so it would have had to secretly be there the whole time to know that, or The End could know that by how cyberspace interacted with Sonic’s mind. I don’t think it’s a concrete answer but it’s an interesting theory.

Sonic Frontiers doesn't tell the origin or what is The End, but I have a teory: The End doesn't have a physical body, he/she/it is that "purple soul" that comes out of the titans after they are defeated, and that "moon" is kind of a spaceship or weapon, so after The End was sealed in the cyberspace with the titans the "moon" was abandoned in space.

Superstars happened for both Modern and Classic Sonic. It was right after Mania for Classic Sonic, but for Modern it was whatever took place before Mania and Superstars was the last classic adventure before Sonic Adventure. He obviously mentioned he had been to the Northstar Islands in the TailsTube video
