Fun fact about the word spinster - back in the day it was simply a job title, it originally meant that you worked in spinning (ie wool). These women were some of the few that had their own income and actually became so rich that they didn’t see the need to get married at all (and also didn’t want to hand that income over to their husband). Therefore most of them stayed unmarried. Men became threatened by their independence and started using the word spinster as a derogatory term which stuck and that’s how it has the negative connotations today! I found that really interesting and love the empowerment behind all the negativity. Those spinsters were the original boss a*s b*tches haha!

I love burgundy liner. Especially liquid liner. It's actually surprisingly hard to find though. Wonder what she uses. It's so rich, really making her eyes pop. I have hazel eyes and it brings out the green in mine. I don't think it looks good on everyone though. My mom tried mine, she has tan skin, blonde hair, brown eyes... it wasn't good. She ended up looking like she had pink eye. Purple was good on her, so was brown, but that little bit of red tones in the burgundy was a disaster.
