Chigz.. was that image projected onto a plain white wall? Because it looked awesome. Up close how is the pixelation? I really hate seeing the pixle squares when watching something. Thanks in advance for any additional info.

Yes plain white wall, no pixelation at all. You won't see pixels until you go over the 150 inch size and even then you would have to look quite closely to find them.

I have this projector. Amazing picture and they give you the stand free which is great. Big negative is the fan noise - its noticeably loud, don't think that's really outlined here. 'not that loud'...i disagree. However for the price its brilliant

Chigz , a very accurate description of the capabilities of this projector, i have the projector stand too which will come in handy for the summertime when i plan to use it with the projector to project on the side of my house movies and invite the neighbours over ( i did order the portable screen but Amazon cocked up the delivery so i'll try again ) , i guess indoors my projector is 4½ meters away from the wall and the screen size is maxed...but the quality is amazing, truth be told, i have not used my HD TV since the end of November last year ! , i strongly recommend using Chromecast Ultra with this projector and if you have money to spare plug in the Manhattan T1 Freeview box to complete your viewing experience, I have Netfix on my phone and have no problems casting over content to the projector via Chromecast Ultra , likewise content from my laptop (KZbin , iplayer , itv player) , this is for the price the best projector out there.

Your phone has to be compatible with OTG. Not sure if honor 8x is.

Hey Chigz!!! I also built a home theater on a budget and I didn't want wires running all over my living room so I found these speakers that are a full system built into them. Amplifier, built in subwoofers just for bass that have their own amp and control, there's USB, Bluetooth, RCA jacks, memory card slot, etc... I use those and the new X96s mini Android stick. I connect to my speakers with the sticks Bluetooth and it runs great!! Look up the Rockville TM 150. They're only $200-$249. There's also the Rockville TM 80

Nice review Chigz. I bought one of the back of this review. Picture was good & so was the sound. I had it quite close to my in the bedroom and played on my left in the living room. For me the fans are just to loud and unless i had speakers blaring the fan noise to me was unbearable. If it was mounted on the ceiling then It would probably be fine. Does the JmGo P2 offer the same level of picture quality Chigz?

Jmgo P2 is better quality projection, better sound and less fan noise. Well fan noise/speed is adjustable to suit you, or you can leave it on Auto.
