Ya know Dano...I had a terrible past couple of weeks. Storm did $20,000 damage to my house, car was totaled, and my dog had to be put down due to cancer. I was waiting for one of your videos to cheer me up and you posted jerky :( Now you post a pasty...Very nice, lol. Looks good and thanks for the vids!

If you could share what the Pastie sauce is/tastes like that be great. I think ketchup is not a good condiment for a Pastie. Thanks for the video. Keep us posted if you find a better or comparable Pastie.

It is catsup based just with a little added kick and spice. Sadly, Jean Kay's is closed so I can't buy more. :-( It's nothing crazy but it is a for sure improvement. Yoopers always turn to catsup and say gravy is for tourists. lol

Did you have Cornish miners in the area years ago? You can't really get pasties from other communities. 🙂

@@WanderDano Cool. Thank you very much for the reply. When tin mining collapsed in the UK, pretty much all of the miners from the west country went elsewhere. Fascinating to see they exported some of the culture too!
