There's nothing that compares to sailing on the water, smell of the sea. Wonderful experience. That spill on the cat though 😮. Not exactly a WC friendly surface was it... I'm glad you share these adventures of yours. Have a blessed day

This reminds me of a catamaran charter I went on in the 90's in Florida. It was the most relaxing part of my vacation, but oh boy did I pay for it with severe sunburn on my ankles. I could barely walk for a few weeks after.

When I saw you fall out of your chair it made me smile with recognition. Reminded me of the times, for whatever the reason, I fell out of mine. The always made me laugh too, except one. After having both legs amputated below the knee, and in my first wheelchair, I thought I was speed-racer going down a ramp. A ramp my friends had built while I was still in the hospital and it was WAY TOO STEEP. The chair caught on one of the side rails and I was launched out into mid-air. Since it was only two months since surgery I reacted as though I still had legs down there and stuck my non-existent feet out to catch myself and landed fresh stumps down on concrete. It hurt so bad that I made absolutely no sound whatsoever. Laid there for a while and then got up and went to Walmart. At that time a REAL adventure in seeing people's reactions in a small town, to seeing a legless guy wheeling through Walmart. They parted like the Red Sea. So many stories.
