So I see you did get 20K overnight as you figured. 👏 Good job! Nice to see a fellow Albertan living the life. I’ve lived the van life in the 80s with my parents before it was cool LOL. We lived in it for 2 months at a rig location. It wasn’t near as enjoyable as being in a campground. My parents weren’t doing it for the actual camping experience though so I’ve always craved that. I camp now as an adult because of that. I can handle pretty rustic as long as I’m warm at night. And we don’t use our furnace in our camper. Enjoying your videos. Hope you make it up to the Edmonton area at some point. I’d love people to see this area (through your eyes).

Ya up I;get the cut the hair off. Last summer I went from below shoulder length to a short pixie cut. Had lots of travels, backpacking and hiking trips planned and the last thing I wanted to deal with was washing hair and keeping it out of the way I did mean I had to get a wide brimmed hat to shield that new skin from the sun.

Hi, I’m Luc, I live in Belgium and this week I came across your videos and I love it! Great Video with your iphone 13, really professional quality. Here it is also winter that begins but there is no snow. I like your lifestyle.. to be on an adventure without having the other office problems. You are very brave. I am almost 60 years old, two children who work in the hospital. I work in Luxembourg during the week, it’s 200KM from home. There I have a small apartment to be close to my work. I speak French and I try to come better in English. Yes, I forgot I’ve been working in a bank for 38 years or life is not easy. I’ll tell you about the rest tomorrow. Good night 😊

Hey matt I know they sell Bags with some sort of Pellet In them That's soak up moisture Maybe you could put 1 of those in your wheel well You know people put them in their closet and basements
@Camille_Lee_Eon2 жыл бұрын
It is called "Damp Rid". They sell it at most Walmarts, hardware stores and Amazon too. At Walmart they sometimes sell it in different areas: Household (the aisle where you would see mops, brooms, buckets, laundry assortments), automotive, (near the port-a-pottie stuff) and the hardware section. I always put the hanging one in my bathroom on the shower rod to help with moisture. Then a couple in the basement...you would be surprised,I think, as to how much moisture they collect. Also, I recommend saving those little drying packets whenever you get a shipment, put them into a container that can breathe, but that Stella and Penny can't get into...scatter the containers around...and it will help with moisture. Sorry...lol...I am highly allergic to mold....kind went on a OMGOSH panic rant...
@denverdubois58352 жыл бұрын
Yes, Damp-Rid! I love that stuff! I buy the hanging bags for my basement (which is surprisingly damp given that I live in droughty California) and for my closet as well. They work a treat! I'd say if you just put one in each wheelwell you won't have any more problems. Just change 'em out every couple of weeks probably, maybe less often.
@AnnJSundayDrives2 жыл бұрын
Lol love the sound effects.. made me laugh out loud 🤣 Penny needs a harness that is designed for her body type .. lol I got that from the weight loss ad I was forced to watch for 5 seconds. Hope you can find a way to keep your wheel boxes dry. Good thing you checked though because mold is a bad thing! Take care Matthew. ☘️

It been really beautiful watching your creativity grow. Seeing you venture out of your "comfort zone" and trying new things is spectacular. I am enjoying as I always have. I rarely comment because there are plenty who will on every video. However, there is always something to be said when an artist starts to try new things. Its not easy because you never know how it will be received. Especially, doing it while your channel is growing. Risky. I love it. The sound on this one was pristine. The shots were creative and really played on the cozy feelings that winter and snow can bring. The haircut was a great play on the new start. You did it all very well because to the non creative eye, you just feel the perfect natural flow and never question it. Round of applause for keeping it real AND making that entertaining. I love the hair cut, you were handsome before but with the beard and the short cut. mmmmmhmmmm Easy on the eyes good sir. Thank you for sharing your life with all of us random folks.

Hey, winter camping is glorious! Quite, pretty! So calming! Loved the snow melting. You need to get your camp chair out in front of the camp,fire for better warmth! Grilled cheese with egg looks yummy! Hey, every time I open the vlog, it is up another 1000 subs! How cool is that. Moisture is the Bain of van-life. I wonder if there is something you can put in there to keep that area dry. Desiccant packs??
