i think one of the funniest things ive witnessed is when it snowed in texas. im from upstate NY and went to stay with an ex in texas and it snowed like half an inch maybe? not even and everyone went ape shet. some people were outside being amazed by it, some were running to cover their fruit trees and others were shoveling. they had plows dude lol they had the plows out. this was back in like 2011 btw.
