I like the layout, and how you're not over stuffing every pocket you can. just the stuff you need.

Great review! There's 3 things I would do differently if I had one (coming from a military background) - 1. attach the tourniquet to the outside of the pack on one of the sides for quicker access. 2. store the raptor on the flap that comes out in one of the elastic keepers. 3. keep a sharpie in the pack to write the time on a patient with a tourniquet. Keep up the great videos.

Excellent video on the Vanquest 7x10 bag. Excellent layout and size. Enjoyed the gray color with contrasting hi-vis lining. That River's Edge Cutlery store looks outstanding, too!

Nice setup! So many forget how important it is to have a "serious" first aid kit when SHTF. Major wounds are show stoppers when professional medical help isn't close by and you have no way to treat them.
@brittthomas76188 жыл бұрын
That's a great bag, it can hold so many separate items; yet it appears to not be a pain in the rear to carry. It's dummy-proof with its ingenuity, which is superb; b/c in a serious emergency, the crisis you're faced with can put you into a state of shock and you can 'not know what to do'. In these cases TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE, which is where this bag can save your own or others life- due to the bags ease of access. You can train and practice all you want, and say how you'll react to a certain situation; but until you are truly faced with a specific situation (especially an emergency where med attention is needed immediately) you don't know how you'll actually react. I really like this bag b/c of its simplicity, and it's plain- yet tactical appearance. Great video man.

Chris, Great little PFAK. As a Traditional Bowhunter carrying razor sharp objects this could be a life saver while I'm in the woods. Got to have one.

Nice set up. It would make a great vehicle trauma kit, maybe just needs some cling wrap and a couple more tourniquets. Those large flat pockets look mighty handy. And keep a cap in the car for headwear and the possibility for making a neck brace.

Good job with the leaving the 'first aid' materials out. One what's needed for massive bleeding, nothing distracting or extraneous. I would suggest a sharpie or the like to mark the forehead with a "T" for the tourniquet just in case it wasn’t somehow obvious.

I have watched so many of your survival/tactical/edc item videos and purchased many of the items that you review. Just wanted to say thanks for your honest reviews and suggestions. It seems that most people who receive items from companies just sing their praises to make them happy and i have found that you are one of the few reviewers that give an honest opinion and i just wanted to say thanks and keep up the videos Chris!! Also a big thanks to the cold steel broken skull review, definitely changed my mind about that knife.
