Vapes dumped along roads

I saw these square ones two weeks ago on my hike. I thought they were some were type of lipgloss tube at the time. I was only glancing as I walked. After 8 miles my curiosity was a bit blunted .. 😅 it is shocking how much littler there is. People are bloody awful, I wish there was an effective way to crack down on any and all types of littering and fly tipping.

It is terrible and spoils the environment and the landscape, hopefully when the recycling deposit scheme of plastic bottles and tin cans starts in the Uk this will help.
