If you ever need a vaporizer and don't have one... but you do have a crock pot ... you're good to go. Put the crock pot on high and fill two thirds of the way with boiling water. Drop a spoonful or two of Vicks in the water. it will easily go 8 to 10 hrs with no lid and no fear of going dry on high. I know this bc I've been doing it for years when my grandson stays over night and his sinuses are acting up. A bowl of steaming hot water, Vicks and a towel over the head will work, too but obviously a method for adults only. Crock pots are ceramic and non porous, so you can still use it to cook food even if you use it as a vaporizer. There will be no transfer of taste or odor after it's properly washed. I purposely experimented with this to make sure. However, you can buy a 10 dollar 2 qt. crock pot if you prefer and use it only as a vaporizer.

Funny you should say that I woke up one morning around 2am I had a hard time breathing, I said to my self what's wrong. I ran to the restroom cabinet for the vicks l put it on my chest under my breast. Neck and In my nose. I felt better after a while made me some strong oregano tea. That was November 2019. Re bread. A small bowl with flour mixed with bicarbonate soda 2 teaspoons of each and then some of this added to bind it to make small balls to be put where mice visit is supposed to be successful. I haven't tried it. Maybe that's why they put on the bread. Could make a spread with above ingredients and leave bread for mouse. Just a thought.

If Vicks isn't available, get eucalyptus oil and use a q-tip to apply it in the nose. Don't take it internally, though. Vicks has eucalyptus in it. That's the secret.

I use in my greenhouse to keep rats from eating my orchids. Rub on a rag or flannel and tie it around my table legs or any way they can climb up or get into shed or greenhouse. It works for me.

You can also use it for hemorrhoids. Stings a little at first but it helps with the swelling and itching. It worked better than the actual medications that are for hemorrhoids.

That music has to go. So many of these videos are created along with using the most annoying music avail able. Which is a real turn off. Good suggestions for use of vapor rub. But, could have done w/o that annoying music, especially at the end of video.

@@Cujo71321 Yes, i do as well. But, so many times the video is enough in itself. Some music to me is as annoying as having 5 explorers walking around talking while a video is being filmed. I much more enjoy the videos with one explorer documenting and one filming the video. Anymore is just an annoyance and very unnecessary. The Brothers of Decay at times play music during different sections while filming but it is music that is accomidating to what is being filmed and it never overpowers the video. Just a matter of opinion.
