Varan Bhaat is a famous, comforting side dish recipe from the Maharashtrian cuisine. It is mainly made with dal and a very few other ingredients originally. But in this video, I have shown you all the way I enjoy it. So try this one sometime and enjoy it with hot steamed rice. This is also great for lunchboxes.
