✅ગુવાર બટાટાનું શાક સામગ્રી:
તેલ: 2 ચમચી
અજમો: 1 ચમચી
હિંગ: 1/4 ચમચી
લસણ મરચાંની પેસ્ટ: 2 ચમચી
લાલ મરચું: 1 ચમચી
હળદર: 1 ચમચી
ધાણા જીરું પાવડર: 1 ચમચી
બેસન: 1 ચમચી
ગરમ મસાલો: 1/2 ચમચી
ગવાર: 250 ગ્રામ
બટાટા: 2નંગ
મીઠું: સ્વાદ અનુસાર*
પાણી: 2-3 ચમચી
✅Guvar bataka nu shak Ingredients:
Oil: 2tbsp
Carom seeds: 1tsp
Asafoetida: 1/4tsp
Chilli Garlic paste: 2tsp
Red chilli powder: 1tsp
Turmeric powder: 1tsp
Coriander cumin powder: 1tsp
Chickpea flour: 1tsp
Garam masala: 1/2tsp
Cluster beans: 250g
Potato: 2no.
Salt to taste*
Water: 2-3tsp
