I think this is wrong information if company is saying your ctc is 5.5 lpa, then it will consist of variable pay 2 times in an year that is you will get 50k in two parts and first of all I don't think everyone gets this 100% irrespective of company or your's performance so giving 50k two times in an year is not a correct info I feel

Hello brother that's good thing that you are making such kind of videos... but i would like to add few things or you can say correct... So talk about variable only - if there is 50 k variable that means you would get upto 100% in a year. That means some of amt in may and some in Nov. But you never get beyond 50 k as mentioned in your video you will 50 k two times....

Career level 11 is senior then 12, no matter the name they give for your designation. If they reduced your Variable means you package is also reduced it seems, its decided based on the percentage of your fixed pay.

No guys.. If you are in 12 and above u will be paid variable pay monthly.. Check your salary slip u will a component called variable pay they again wont give any bonus after 6month... Im transaction processing associate in accenture

Hi Mohit, I had joined Accenture in the year 2020 April 15th and it's almost 19 months I do not see any Variable pay in my pay slips but in my Offer letter 50k has been mentioned that it will be paid yearly twice based on you and your companies performance. Not sure when it is going to come but when I ask the management they inform this Variable pay is already been paid on an monthly basis, Which does not add up to 50k.
