@@hassanhasnain7857 both are pretty awesome, vics point blank will give a bit better performance as it's light weight compared to TaCZ. In the end it'll all depend on which mods guns do you like more

After learning that T&C Zero scopes glitches with Distant Horizons and the developers chose to not fix the bug (ticket closed as "will not fix"), to me it's no contest.

Yeah I tested both and found out that the original Timeless and Classics is better than any other but if you are looking for newer version then Vic's Point Blank takes the lead.

There is a special slot for equipping skin in the modification tab, you can change it there. Its just like equipping other attachments iirc

How do you get gun internals?

If I remember correctly it was using 2 iron and 3 gunmetal ingots. You can check the exact recipe using JEI to be sure tho
