The gun kits are meant to be loot, which kinda sucks but is also fair. In the end, it mostly just means you’ll have to use the old Edward kenway technique of just keeping six loaded flintlocks on you at a time.

If your not already aware, since Ive seen the mods page, the other gun kits have to be found in structures currently, basics in pillager towers, advanced in mansions, and complex in nether bastions if im correct

i wish they were sorta like 1.20 templates. you go out and find them for the first one, and then you can craft it again. but you have to mechanically craft it and it has a chance to fail, to encourage more exploration

Shalz create alloyed guns CAN infact be made in survival, the kits spawn in pillager outposts mansions ect. however they yet can not be automated, to avoid future mistakes I would suggest using mod called "Just enouch reasorces" it can show you structure generated loot and mob drops which can help substantionaly with this like these gun kits

When i installed a create gun mod, i used the shotgun in creative and found something really cool! Since the shotgun in the mod has a lot of recoil, you can use this not only as a weapon but also as a funny way of using the powerful recoil as a parkour technique.

I hate to break up the party, but you don't need to automate guns, cause they have no durability. You do need to automate the bullets though. So a weapons factory is not out of the question.

I highly recommend checking out Create: Armory. I hate create alloyed guns for 3 reasons: Its just a reskin of mr crayfish gun mod It requires structure items(seriosuly annoying to find) and isn't automatable Bullet recipies are too repetitive and are alot of brass for no reason Meanwhile Create: Armory Not a reskin Automatable Much more fun

I do really love people making addons for create n'all but for the love of god, make them work with deployers and make them able to be automatically crafted with create, otherwise its just a gun mod that has the word "create" on it. Also did you try putting the deployers on attack mode? Probably wont work (Idk)

You can fix a lot of this yourself using the CreateTweaker mod. It's far from ideal, but at least you can play before a more official patch is made.

The other gun kits are found in structures since the guns are pretty op for Minecraft standards. There should definitely be a recipe for them though.

With Valkryian skies and Clockwork you can make planes, aircraft carriers & if you combine it with Create: big cannons you can make gunships. We'll soon have the ability to wage combined arms warfare supported by automation and supply lines in minecraft. This could be the basis for a very fun type of multiplayer minigame or event

The Basic, Advanced, and Complex ones may not be craftable but they can be found in the world. Though if you really want them to be craftable you'd have to use kubejs or something similar to create a crafting recipe.

I honestly like the little detail of how weapons can't be 100% automated, because it is physically impossible for real-world guns to be manufactured 100% artificially. They have too many pins, too many springs, and too many fiddly bits. You need a pair of trained hands to take all the parts and put them together.

This mods pretty cool, only problem is that from what ive seen you have to reload every gun like a shotgun aka 1 bullet at a time even for things like the automatic rifles which just infuriates me cause it literally has a magazine but you have to shove bullets 1 by 1 into the trigger lol

The musket production is probably not automatable because they came before a time of mass production and large scale industrialisation where they had to be crafted in workshops by hand.

Check out Scorched Guns while you're at it, all of the guns _apart from the last tier_ all fit Create aesthetic, flintlock, scrap, industrial, wild west, standard issue, scorched, "royal", a wide selection to choose from, you can't automate them sadly but they're super fun to play with

The complex and advanced gun kits are mob drops (dont remember which mobs though sorry) so i think you can automate them with mob farms

(day 2) this reminds me of a train mod called immersive railroading mod and i think you would like it since if you use the mod in 1.12.2 you can find resource packs that add more trains and the controls are one your number pad 8 is throttle up, 5 is neutral, 2 is throttle down/backwards, 7 is brakes on, and 4 and 1 are brake down/off but that is for steam engines the diesels are basically the same but you use the + on your number pad to start the engine ( i may be wrong though). For me i got the mod on curseforge in the mod section and the image is a steam engine/an a3 peppercorn class.

There is actually an add-on to this mod called Scorched Bronze Guns (I think) that adds way more guns and some that are just stupidly powerful. They kinda break the Create aesthetic but they're still cool

Man i reccomend checking out Scorched Guns, Not many people talk about it but theres a TON of guns there and each of them are like tiered where the ones that takes diamond bullets deal more damage etc, Some are create themed too.

I saw the review on Alloyed Guns but my one issue with it it uses Mr Crayfish's Gun Mod as a base. so the reloading is obnoxiously slow at times tbh I prefer Create: Armory
