I'm Puerto Rican too, but it amazes me how many of us don't know our race or ethnicity. PR is a place, not a race or ethnicity. All of us have some mix of black, white, asian/Indian. When they announced who would be playing Spider-Punk, I thought for certain it would just be stunt casting like Nicholas Cage in the first movie. Imagine my surprise when he turned out to be critical to both the plot and character development. He was only on screen for a very brief time, but boy did they maximize every moment. It's only on repeat viewings that you realize he was nudging people toward rebellion from the beginning. He wasn't stealing tech just to cause chaos, he knew his little insurrection was going to need a watch.
