Where and how do I get some cuttings of the AMPONG variety ? I farm in the Kpandai area
@leonardpearlman40175 жыл бұрын
Not poundable? I never heard that before. I'm growing Cassava in my yard in FL, USA. I don't know the variety, it has red stems. I wish I could try some different varieties as we see here. We mostly just cook and eat this as a potato, it's really good when it's fresh out of the ground.

I eat the leaves occasionally, is this known in Ghana? I think the dish is Nigerian. A kind of green soup made out of the leaves. Pondu?
@winniem58944 жыл бұрын
@@leonardpearlman4017 its not only Nigerian, the leaves are eaten across Africa and given different name pondu in the Congo, ngoundja in the Central African republic, kwem in cameroon etc...
