VARIETY Of Trains At Ottignies - 27/06/24

🇬🇧: An incredible sunny day spent at Ottignies station. This was my first time visiting this station after a year and I have noticed very big changes. The S61 trains that do Wavre -Jambes are now only done by Desiros (AM08) since the AM “classique” have been replaced and gone for scrap. The IC 24** are slowly starting to circulate as M7 trains. Finally, the station platforms have evolved into a higher and more modern look on the west side of the station. In general, the trains seen in this video are freight trains coming from Antwerp and heading south to Luxembourg or France and Intercity and regional trains heading to Brussels. This was an enjoyable spot with a nice variety of compositions.

🇫🇷: Une incroyable journée ensoleillée à la gare d'Ottignies. C'était la première fois que je visitais cette gare après un an et j'ai remarqué de très gros changements. Les trains S61 qui font Wavre - Jambes ne circulent maintenant que en Desiros (AM08) depuis que les AM « classiques » ont été remplacés et partis à la ferraille. Les IC 24** commencent lentement à circuler sous forme de trains M7. Enfin, les quais de la gare ont évolué vers un aspect plus haut et plus moderne du côté ouest de la gare. En général, les trains vus dans cette vidéo sont des trains de marchandises en provenance d'Anvers et se dirigeant vers le sud au Luxembourg ou la France et des trains intercity et régionaux en direction de Bruxelles. C'était un spot agréable avec une belle variété de compositions.
