I would watch this show back in the sixties I was about ten years old it would come on Saturday mornings about 11:00. It was one of my favorite shows. They do a good job on the reality of the show.

I love combat. But it cracks me up how we notice the suroundings. like its california instead of looking like France.

The problem is that France has a number of appearances. North is totally different than the south in vegetation/rock formations. The producer did do some of the t.v. programs in France, but not where the fighting took place in the north.

At 15:10 the prisoner is beater by a German officer with a cap on, but when they reach him a regular German soldier replaced the dead officer, egads, someone was not paying attention.
