Here's a suggested 3-day itinerary: Day 1: Arrive in Kochi (also known as Cochin), the commercial capital of Kerala. You can either fly or take a train to get here. You can also visit St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India, and the Mattancherry Palace, which has beautiful murals depicting Hindu mythology. Watch a traditional Kathakali dance performance in the evening. Day 2: Head to Munnar, a hill station located in the Western Ghats. It's about a 4-hour drive from Kochi, but the scenic views along the way are worth it. Visit the tea plantations and learn about tea processing at a tea factory.
