Jinx is just the original late game monster, eveyone fears Veigar or Aurelion Sol late game cuz they scale, but Jinx didnt need crazy scales to be crazy strong, the combination of long distance autos, AOE damage and a dose of cocaine levels of AS every time she has a kill makes every team fight from mid game forward a nightmare, one single mistake from your frontline there is nothing you can do to stop a 1000 movement speed jinx with 700 range and 3.0 AS to melt the rest of you

Mechanically, she is not that hard, but due to her low mobility, you need to be good at playing adcs to be successful with her, which is not easy.

People really forget what a nice and simple, but also Skill Expressive Kit she has. Very Safe in Lane, Sustain, Mobility, single Target Hard CC, Waveclear. A Jack of all Trades balanced around having Bad Base Stats and one of the Lowest Base Damages on Abilities off all Champion. One of the few, truly fair Champions with enough tiny Cheese to be fun!

Not like the weird time frame, when riot forced her to be a Full Assassin (she always was a Mage first and Assassin second) and gave her more Base Stats and the E increased all her Damage. So she was a mindless hit E and one Shot or miss and do nothing Type of Champions. And then they realized giving her the Reset Cheese, but almost reverting everything back to the Jack of all Trades we know and love was the right choice. I mention this, because in this time, the E was so important it wasn't allowed to interrupt the dashes, wich made the Flash E engage way worse!

Dont regret making Jinx to one of my mains alongside Zeri and Kogmaw. She plays so fluidly, so nicely and has a pretty safe laning phase. And the attack range is just gorgeous. Being a walking machine gun which shoots three rockets over a long distance is the coolest thing ever. (Yes I build Ruunans everytime)

Neither Jinx or Ashe are easy to play though. They are both stereotypical autoattack based adcs, which means you need to have great positioning and know how to kite. Neither is easy. One mispositioning, and you are dead and you need to know how to maximise dmg dealt while also keeping distance from the enemy

There's an adc in every lane in the average match and adc players will still tell you their champions are weak. Edit: also, there are five. Twisted fate is run toplane with a crit marksman build. And also, corki was reverted, he now deals primarily physical damage, doesn't have the package anymore, and has a pretty powerful early game.

Yeah, Jinx is amazing and her character in Arcane really sold her for me. Funny, tragic, driven, cold and yet warm, all in a pretty bow of cuteness. She's just such a unique character, with so much pain behind her and such an unpredictable future ahead of her. Now that season 2 is out and she has two allies to herself, will she let herself become a "big fat hero" or go back to her self-destructive path, guns blazing? We don't know yet and I am DYING to know! She's just incredible. but she will NOT make me play League of Legends

I didn't start playing League when Jinx was realesed, but... I became aware of League because of her ABSOLUTE BANGER music video when I saw it by chance some time after she came out. And when I started playing I became a FULL-ON JINX SIMP. The music video makes her look like the coolest thing ever. That and... Yeah... For me it's actually waifu > meta, straight on... I just love that in a game filled to the brim with anime cute girls and hot babes, a character like Jinx exists; with no curves or bumps to speak about, and still rocking her punkish look (that leaves her... Basically half-naked...) with no hesitation. That and the color palette of bright pinks, blue... black... her pale skin on top of skinnish body. She just owns it, man. And I know she's just a quirky crazy girl that likes blowing stuff up because it's fun and mini-gun goes brrrrr... ... and Jinx in Arcane (whomst I also ADORE) is OBJECTIVELY a more nuanced, carefully-crafted, interesting character... And her character design is argueably also better... But... Idk, I still appreciate the character that Jinx is in League, even if it is less 3Dimensional. Also also: I love her gameplay, it's so simple and straight forward... But it's just so fun to play, no mechanics, no 15,668 dashes, no insane gimmicks, no BS, just a good ol' base marksman with some small spice to her gameplay and enough personality to make her stand out. Back then she used to be my MAIN main. When I got into League I remember playing a lot of Jinx, Rumble, Ezreal, Annie and what not... But while playing Jinx I discovered I loved playing the ADC / Marksman - type gameplay... Later on I would transition to playing Kindred as my MAIN main, since... while I do love playing the marksman's playstyle, I F**KING HATE playing bot lane (don't know how to farm; hate being a glass cannon and also target #1, 2 & 3... for one-shoting by the enemy assassin, or fighter, or diver, or skirmisher, or vanguard, or... honestly, at this point: enchanter; hate being ganked by the enemy, jg, roamed by the enemy mid, and TP'd into by the enemy top 5 minutes into the game; hate sharing XP and having to rely on my sup). So I picked a marksman design for the jg and then transitioned to focus my games and champion pool more on the jg. But, still... I play Jinx here and there from time to time even to this day. ALL of her skins are awesome. I cannot think of a single one that is not at least "Good". Also also also: Arcane. So... Yeah... I F**KING ❤ JINX!

Her kit is also a great example of an ADC's kit. She doesn't have any "non-adc" gimmicks that you have to learn. IE: With Ez you need to learn about his blinks and buffering. Trist you need to know how to use her jump and figure out her ult is a get off me tool. Kai'sa you gotta learn about assassin's. None of that with Jinx. She's a pure ADC.

Jinx was just a person with explosions, before Arcane? Someone who never hears champions' quotes, while playing? Both her classic quotes, and her SG ones, were amazing. Without even reading her lore, long before Arcane, her in-game quotes made her so interesting. Not to mention, she is the dream of glass cannon mains, with her super long range. And she is the only female League champion with no tits. At least you mentioned the satisfying attack speed she always had.
