Again this BBQ looks so yummy! These ribs look so much more flavorful than last ribs. As I said last time I am originally from Texas and know my BBQ and brisket. If you want the fatty part of the brisket than tell them you want meat from the cap. The less fatty part of the brisket is the flat. Cap is the top of the brisket and the flat is the bottom part. I am with you, I LOVE the cap!!!!! I would like to know why you quit saying "lets get this food in my belly, Right Now!!! lmao!
