Majkl prepares in this video a wonderful dish from the Rome region, Penne all'Arrabbiata. Arrabbiata means "angry" in Italian, and this is reference to the spicy feature of this recipe. Lots of extra virgin olive oil, lots of garlic and lots of peperoncinos. Recipe take only 10 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
8 peperoncinos
6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
500g of canned tomatoes
1 bunch of fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
optional: grated parmesean cheese or grated pecorino Romano cheese
300g penne rigate pasta
