To all the comics out there , It takes a lot of guts to go out and stand in front of a crowd and try to make them laugh . We usually ignore the fact that comedy is something that is very difficult to do and also there is always the fear that someone might get offended by your content but despite all the risks they keep on going . Despite many failures they gather up enough courage to go up on the stage once again and do what they do . Hats off to all of you man . Love you 4 from the bottom of my heart . @@IITianProudIndian bro the problem is everyone takes everything out of Context I. E the video that was put up regarding the statue it was properly taken out of Context and everyone failed to understand that. Yes if someone does feel that there is an hurt to sentiments or anything I'm sure there's a reasonable way of sorting things out definitely not spreading violence ffs. How ironic is it that these so called defenders are spreading hate and giving threats in the name of defending their faith and especially when in that certain case where there wasnt anything offensive. It just seems that people become all big defenders when it serves their purpose of spreading hate and violence. That's what he meant just for the heck of it people take offense without properly understanding stuff. Also there's something called constructive criticism and feedback which no one really gets and if they are sensible enough then they could have just stopped watching such content which they find offensive or give their feedback. If these same idiots put their energies and focus on matters that really matters then I'm sure the world can be a much better place. I hope you could get what I'm trying to convey here.🤟

She was sent rape and violence threats (because she apparently was offensive to Shivaji followers, makes no sense if you really listen to her) and the venue (the Habitat) was vandalized by a bunch of goons. Habitat is where most of these shows happen, you'll recognize the stage from many standup videos.

To be able to judge a situation from afar , have an opinion on it and make jokes about it is called ''having a voice''. And comedians sure know how to use it efficiently. Its brave, really

Great podcast. We appreciate you guys for addressing the issue at hand and it's a shame that the toxicity, in general, is getting to alarming levels. There are too many people out there who are absolutely unaware of their responsibilities. Realising our mistakes and keeping our egos at check will come very handy in creating a massive difference.

It's sad when something as pure and joyous as comedy has to face such situations where you have to advocate basic human decency! 😔 But more power to you guys!!

was following everything for two days, and fighting like a 'keyboard warrior' ,what made me sad that so many people watch stand up, doesn't understand the art. It really felt like an attack on fans also. BUT in a comparitably smaller number, we felt united.

Is it weird that for a second even I imagined underwater hockey being played in some sort of a lake along with the corals and fishes? 😂😭😂😂 Took me a second to come up with the swimming pool option. 😂

I think more than the actual content and I loved listening to what you guys had to say on the recent targets put on comedians back. It's so sad that you earn your livelihood in such grim situations, wherein a joke suddenly defines the entirety of a specific religion, race or a person. Hats off to you guys for risking your privacy and security just to entertain us. To All comedians, its a big thank you. :)
