Do you have any recipes with a suger alternative ive just being diagnosed with predibites so it woukd be nice to still enjoy a slice of cake and not worry about the suger Patricia from Dublin 🇮🇪

Hi Patricia, unfortunately I don't have any recipes with sugar alternatives at the moment. However, I have used an erythritol-stevia blend for this Vasilopita recipe and it worked well. You may also want to replace some of the flour with whole wheat flour to further reduce the glycemic index. Wish you a happy 2024!

Hi! You can put almonds instead or add one extra tablespoon of cornstarch or flour
