4wd 110Hp Ultimate Racing Mower Gets TRUE 4x4 Part 2

In todays video I stretch the mower. I also pick up a 4x4 parts quad for the ultimate 110HP 2 stroke 600cc powered mower build. The quad was picked up for a great price and as a last minute resort. I continue working on a heavy duty frame that will handle the power. Will I be able to make the differentials work? Find out in todays video.

I’ve never used a mig gun on aluminum, but I have been teaching myself how to tig aluminum. The one thing I learned real quick which I should’ve already known if I would’ve just took a moment to think about it is that you really need to be careful to not let your piece get too hot. If it gets too hot it will crack next to the weld, or at least that’s been my experience so far. I am a welder but in my line of work I pretty much only mig weld carbon steel. Good luck with this project, excited to see it done

Idk if you were told or not, but when welding aluminum with a mug spool gun, you push your welds, when welding steel you pull your welds, I couldnt tell which way you were welding the aluminum, but i figured id let you know. Sweet build

Need to make sure the joints are cleaned well with aluminium or your welds will be weak. Clean with denatured alcohol scrub with stainless steel brush and clean again with the alcohol for proler welds. Looking forward to the rest of the build keep up the awesome work young man!
