Amber says everyone else is wrong: the medical documentation, police observations wrong, other witnesses - it goes on and on. She is not taking responsibility for anything that I have seen thus far. Just note how she said it’s not all Johnny, but then explained it as half was the Johnny she loved, and the other half the violent addict. Nothing, nothing about her flaws, foibles, or contributions to a failed married, don’t even have to bring up the abuse accusations. She’s dehumanizing herself, and her stories are not persuasive, IMO. I think the recorded audio dialog is demonstrating the real Amber.

The evidence is insurmountable. At some point it’s perfectly ok to call it as we see it based on the mountain of evidence. She knew exactly what she was doing the entire time. It just didn’t go her way in the end, though for a while I’m sure she felt she had gotten away with it all. And just a side note, if she really wanted to keep the divorce filing so ‘under the radar’ and what not, she physically didn’t have to go down to the court herself… with her publicist. She could’ve filed online or sent someone to turn the papers in. She wanted to be seen with a ‘bruise’ on her face. She purposely wore no make up. I've had an experience of being with a narcissistic manipulator. I know she definitely wasn't abused. In all the recordings, her tone wasn't like how an abused person would speak to their abuser. She clearly used to try & provoke him to maybe hit her so she could use it against him and Johnny used to break things like cabinets and bottles when he was drunk and high, to get his frustration out, in order to avoid hitting her! I know like why would someone who claimed to have been abused, even sexually assaulted, taunt their abuser by laughing (fake laughing or whatever) at them?? Getting into bed with them when they were sleeping and just bothering them? An abuser would have socked you in the gut or face in that scenario. (or you wouldn't be able to do that at all since he's such a monster )Or telling them in a recording in Australia "big man, big man, big man" over and over again? An abuser, a monster, would have slapped you or choked you for "challenging" them like that. It really doesn't make any sense. Also, when she cut his finger off.. I'm actually even more surprised that she was able to do that, given how much of a monster she claims him to be. Wasn't she afraid of what he'll do to her? The most puzzling thing is that when Johnny, the abuser, the monster, wanted to divorce her, she BEGS him not to leave her... As the abused, isn't that what you would hope for? What you would long for? Freedom from the monster? Also, why would a monster promise to himself and you that you will never see his eyes again. He won't look at you ever again.. and yet since the start of the trial you've been looking at the monster. Here's my take on that promise: Johnny promised you that you will never see his eyes again, so that you will never see the pain you bring him whenever looking at you.

Exactly. In those text messages, Amber was the trying to get in touch with Johnny over and over, and when asked abt it, she's like "I did it coz I was running out of time and he would've come back worse". Like, why would you ever want to fix things between a "monster" who's going to come back worse. If you are a mouse and a cat is trying to kill you, you'll never go to the cat and say "let's break the food chain, shall we?". Whether she wins the case or not, her career is mostly done.

Here's the thing tho' Words matter. Amber's intentions when filing the TRO was to be as discreet as possible. Before filing coming to the L.A court, they will be offered FIRST if they need/ want to use the private entrance in the underground parking where only authorised personnel are allowed and not the public for both their entrance AND EXIT from the court. They have to "REJECT/DECLINE" this offer FIRST before going into the L.A court. That in itself should be damning when she came out on the front entrance north side of the L.A Court. There was 2 other entrances/exits that would have been more discreet. And the fact that TMZ were privy to the information about which side of ber had the bruise was damning as well. But even without the Morgan Tremaine testimony. The logistics of the L.A Court itself should immediately show that she was lying about being *"DISCRETE"*

imo, it is NOT a good idea to react to this trial’s clips if you haven’t been following it entirely from the very beginning. I, too, was initially neutral at the beginning of this trial. Day after day, evidence after evidence, it’s been made VERY clear that Amber is lying. She has been lying since day 1 and has changed her story multiple times. She lies so much that she doesn’t remember. She has plenty of evidence, but NONE of it backups her very serious allegations. She claims to have been struck by Johnny multiple times in the face while he was wearing big chunky metal rings yet appeared without a single bruise on a talk show ONE DAY LATER…and this is just one of her many stories. On the other hand, JD’s evidence and witness testimonies have all been very consistent and have backed up his claims very well. There comes a point where you simply cannot remain “neutral”, because it means diminishing what the victim - Johnny - has been going through.

I get that it's good to stay neutral, but I feel like you're trying so hard to stay neutral that you're coming up with excuses for everything you see and overlooking what's in front of you. You're trying to give reasons behind the behaviours even when the reason behind that behaviour is crystal clear. And in that other video you guys made, you try to explain how "pledge" and "donated" could be the same and try to explain where Amber's coming from but it just really doesn't work that way. You were trying too hard to come up with an explanation for Amber that I don't think you heard that she said "donated" as in past tense, as in she already gave the money out, not future tense. Sure, it's good to have doubts and look at things from another angle, but when you do it with everything even on things that got hard evidence to back up with, it kinda makes me question whether or not what you're being genuine in what you're saying. Even the one with Amber's slip up, you're trying to give possibilities and explanations of something rather than a split up. I'm not hating or anything, but like...you're trying so hard to appeal to both sides that I'm just wondering why you want to make reaction videos to the trial.

@@alexdifaso4776 Yes, unbelievably huge liar. The only reason anyone would even still be going back and forth on this at all at this point is because it's hard for people to believe one person can lie this much. But she can. And she has. The only photos she even had were from when she finally had to be restrained in a face to face restraint that couldn't be avoided. If someone is not trained to restrain an out of control person in a face to back holding restraint like is done for out of control children it is very easy for bumps to occur. I know this because I have a kid w autism who had to be restrained in school and hospital day treatment before medication was figured out so know all about this stuff. Kids and minors w Amber's pathology also need sometimes to be stopped from hitting or kicking and/or restrained because they get so out of control but Johnny wouldn't have known he actually had to be trained that way. It's so unfortunate but happens w out of control people and they can actually end up easily hurting themselves in a physical struggle (boomerang effect). She is naturally dark around the eyes as evidenced in a few of her modeling photos where she is wearing minimal to no makeup. (And why she usually wears concealer there) Johnny's team even has one of these photoshoot photos. With how dark she is around the eyes naturally all it would take would be a minor bump from a restraint to get the photo she was hoping for. I also wouldn't put it past her to add a tiny smudge of dark makeup to her already dark and ({maybe,} mildly bruised from a bump) eyes to accentuate the darkness.

I can understand why you're trying to stay neutral when reviewing this material, and I think it's commendable. The problem I have with Amber Heard's testimony is that there's so much of it that are blatelently false compared to what we see in the video evidence that's provided. Such on the video of James Franco and her in the elevator. She says that he touched the side of her face and looked and her face just before laying his head on her shoulder, but if you watch the video you can see the camera is a little above and behind Mr. Franco but from that view point you can see her hair is completely blocking her face from his perspective and his hand never comes even close to her face the entire time they're in the elevator. I want to be able to believe her because I can't stand the idea that someone would lie about something like this, but so much of what she says in her testimony is completely counter to what we see in the photograph and video evidence. Like her saying that she was hit repeatedly in the face by a guy wearing big rings on every finger, but yet the photo that she took as evidence of the damage after the fight shows a medium sized bruise on her arm and no damage to her face.

There is no indication that he looked at any alleged bruising especially as he was slightly behind her and definitely no hand/arm movement towards her face.

The thing is Amber's testimonies has been full of holes ever since she took the stand. Yes, we know JD took drugs and drink alcohol but he's been doing it for years. Before AH came into his life, not even a single one of his partners in the past has said he's abusive. Even Vanessa Paradis, with whom she had a 14 year relationship and fathered his 2 children, Lily-Rose and Jack had nothing but wonderful things to say about him. Kate Moss also supported him. If he had been abusive towards them in the past, this case should have opened the doors for them to speak out about any abuses they had while they were with him. Actually the recording are sorted in 3 categories. 1. Secret recordings by Amber 2. Some recording done under instruction of their marriage counselor to help better the relationship. and 3. a few recordings initiated by johnny depp and with consent of amber heard (reason why depp wanted to record their conversation was because he started noticing her gaslighting him).

Amber reminds me of the women my dad married a year after he became a widow after 27 years of marriage to my amazing mother. The women who is the very definition of a evil step mother was horribly abusive in every way and then played the victim. I saw her true character when her exact words to me in response to my dad entering rehab and me trying to remove the alcohol from the house so he could be in a safe place when he got home was, “I’m not giving up what I live because your father can’t be a big boy” the only difference between Amber and that women is Johnny thankfully escaped before she killed him. My dad died 18 months after she made that comment and we have a very strong suspicion she gave him something to speed up the process of his demise. She knew his liver was in bad shape and the doctor told him he had to stop drinking and start eating or he would die. If he took pain meds and alcohol together his body wouldn’t handle it and it could kill him. He was dead 4 days later and by the time I heard what the doctor had told them in the office my dad was already cremated. I 100% believe she gave him something and waited until he was in a coma like state and unable to respond before calling me to tell me he was dying and to come over. She refused to call 911 because “he didn’t want to live in pain anymore and he has a DNR” we called the police, they came and said they couldn’t do anything because she had power of attorney. Men can be victims of DV too. But no one takes them seriously unless the my end up dead. I think Amber wanted his money and his connections. She got mad in Australia because she was not in Johnnys will. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was hoping to push him so far into his own darkness that he accidentally OD or his heart gave out then she would have all of his stuff to herself and her friends. Sad part is that she would have been set for life had she just loved Johnny and treated him like a loving partner. He would have given her the world and when he finally had enough she tried to destroy him and she nearly did but, thankfully Johnny got out and finally told the world exactly what she challenged him to do. And I’m so happy to see it all blow up in her face. DV isn’t funny it’s absolutely heart breaking. But seeing an abuser finally be held accountable for their actions and exposed for who they truly are, that is god damn hilarious.

Considering how small the AH crowd is I doubt it. If they wanted social acceptance they’d just be full on pro Johnny. On a tape played in court, they were arguing. Johnny kept asking her to be allowed to get away and have space to himself. He even locked himself in other rooms and had to lock himself in the bathroom and she kept berating him and would not give him space and time to collect his thoughts. She treated him like his mother did and he had to get away and like he did with his mother he locked himself away, to get some peace. I totally understand what he was feeling at that time. Here's the thing.... when literally every single thing this chick says or every piece of evidence gets met with "that doesn't look good" then it's pretty fucking cut and dry. Amber is a manipulator, fuck the lying on stand and such, she is MANIPULATING as many people as she possibly can hence looking at the jury constantly (which by the way I personally believe counts as trying to sway the jury so it not being addressed is weird as fuck)
@natb99192 жыл бұрын
A lawyer has said it wouldn't count as intimidation unless she made like a finger to the throat means death kinda gesture or contacted them outside the court but there were a few lawyers from youtube inside the court watching the trial and they've said the jury seem very uncomfortable with her constant staring and they look away from her when she looks at them like they don't want to make eye contact. Also during her cross exam with Camille, they were all focused on Camille, not Amber, at least 3 of their chairs were pointing in Camille's direction fully focused on her and they just glanced at Amber when she gave her answers. Of course, all of this is subjective and just their interpretation but they're lawyers so they know what to look for I guess.

I enjoy your content for the most part, but remember, there was an audio played in court, in which Johnny almost begged her to stop lying and not force him to drag this into court, because it will ruin her, and he don't want that. But on the other hand, she destroyed his life, not only as an actor, he has kids and friends, who all were confronted with her allegations. What do you think how a abused person must feel if they instead get blamed? Clearly JD is not an angel, but he is the only one owning up to his behavior, meanwhile she is denying every wrongdoing on her side and claiming all these horror-storys with ZERO evidence. I have no sympathy whatsoever for her, because she got away with murder once (the UK-trial), the 2nd time she will not. However this case ends, in the public opinion the case is clear and her so called career is over. And Johnny knew that and doesn't wanted it to end that way, but she lived by the sword and is now dying pulicly by her own sword. I work with people who suffered from DV and PTSD, and Amber Heard is a walking and talking red flag. And all the evidence is pointing in the same direction, her being almost a sociopath. Look at the diagnosis the psychologist made about her, bipolar personalty disorder etc. It matches her behavior 100%.

I always wonder what people mean when they say "he is no angel"...? like is it a way of saying he himself caused her to abuse him? Is it the cherry picked snippets of audio or the video where he looks aggressive? Context is everything. He lashed out at her yes, as victims of domestic abuse often do and that does not make them abusive as well. Sure we can sit here and judge him or other victims for not handling that better but what right do we have whatsoever? Nobody is a saint. We all have our faults and vices. Also, people, Johnny Depp had been using drugs to self medicate since he was 11 years old, a result of his mother abusing him and the rest of his family. By the time he met amber heard he was already clean and had sobered up. Amber abusing him caused him to fall off the wagon and drove him to self medicate again. To me that's very understandable tbh.

@@This-is-the-way786 I mean it in that way, that he is clearly an addict, which can include a lot of nasty things, and was also verbally abusive towards her. It's just very often in being neutral a lot of times people actually end up hurting the victim and support the abuser. I think a lot people especially who have experienced (domestic) abuse feel that it's going that way. For example I've heard some people say well maybe she hit him a couple of times but he's crazy too or he does drugs and is alcoholic.... As if abuse happens because of something the person on the receiving end of it did. Nobody deserves to be abused. An abuser will hurt their victim no matter what, they don't need a reason. They'll literally hit you just for breathing.
@blueroninstudios2 жыл бұрын
Much as it's more rational to be objective in cases like these.....from a psychological perspective, it doesnt look too good for Amber. She obviously needs some very serious counseling and therapy. JOhnny it seems has been taking this in a very relaxed manner, but I have read a lot of articles about him and the sort of rock star lifestyle he led, spending exorbitant amounts of money on what seemed like frivolous things, alcoholism, wild parties, his divorce from his first wife Vanessa (who is still very friendly with him) ... the two of them together (Amber and Johnny) it's just a meeting of two very different personalities that clash more than they would coalesce. Heard and Depps relationship is like a smooth rail train ride at first, but then you factor in her narcissism, abuse, and you get an introvert like Johnny in a relationship with someone as manipulative and controlling and seemingly attention seeking as we're now seeing as it all comes to light, it's just a train wreck on full display. His legal team it seems have got this, though. Compared to Heard's legal team, Depp's is pretty competent. Depp should have been a better judge of character but I do understand when you're that down and out and desperate, and then somebody as oppurtunistic as Heard comes into things, and you're already in a bad place where you're not thinking clearly and you enter into something that, at the time you dont think could scar you because this person loves you....and then you find out they're monstrous behavior. Guys, desperation can land you a girl like Amber, so my advice, proceed with caution.
