What some people don't understand about electric toothbrushes is that you are still supposed to actually make the motions across your gums and teeth just like you would a manual, and still brush for at least 2 minutes! They assume that if it's electric 30 seconds is enough and all they have to do is glide it across. Not the case.

You provide great info as well as great links. I ordered the body scrubbers - incredibly inexpensive! - and the Coco floss, which I've been eyeing anyway. As for deodorant, if you use Lume you won't smell for up to 72 hours! Is it cheap? No, but I only use it every other day or even every third day and use the Old Spice with the scent I adore in between. I've been doing this for close to 3 years and it works great! Their soap, which acidifies the skin, also stops odor for 24 hrs - regular soap is too alkaline to stop odors. Try it - I'm a huge convert! You've got this Brittany - you're in my prayers twice every single day!!

People look at me like I’m crazy when I tell them this lol 11) I was using quip toothbrushes but it sucked. So I went back to a normal toothbrush. 12) I have been telling my boyfriend to stop using mouthwash, and if he needs to use it, use the therabrush brand 13) I need to tongue scrape more.
