What's the thickness on the sheet metal used to make to dryer?

Hey, thanks so much for this. I don't see you installing the plastic TY wrap, and the picture in the manual is super unclear. Do you just wrap it around the wires underneath? Thank you!

How do you like the D100? After using it do you feel like maybe you would upgrade say to the D1000 or maybe a different make and model period. Getting ready to buy one and this is the same model I am looking at. Thank you for the video. Also notice some chopper parts laying around in the garage in your video. I am in process of building a chopper at the moment to. Almost time to tear down and send out for powder coat and paint.

I like it a bunch, the price and aize is what did it for me. I will probably upgrade to a larger dryer but not in a hurry. I would probably like a wider one but this is totally doable

Roddy Watson Oh I forgot to reply about the chopper parts. I built bikes for 10 years but since the move I pretty much stored all my tools except the Frame jig which wouldnt fit in the storage building with all the mills and lathes. Gonna take a break and play around with screen printing for a bit then maybe rent a place and open up the bike shop again someday. Good luck with yours man, they are a blast to build, I just got burnt out after 10 years of putting frames together.

ey dude im planning to get this. how is it ? u have any problem with it yet ? let me know. on oh hows the plug ? homebase plug right??
@dschoppers8 жыл бұрын
Im still using it with no real issues in production. I will say if you are doing a one color shirt and trying to pump them out fast this belt has to run pretty slow to do full cure and you can find yourself waiting a few seconds to lay the next shirt on. I have been planning on upgrading to a wider one with maybe a longer heat tunnel but it has not been that big of a deal, just worth mentioning. I would keep this one if I upgrade since I have been happy with it. It plugs in and works perfect in the 110 household plug.

Hi... Did you get the casters from Harbor Freight as well? I have the D100 coming tomorrow afternoon
@dschoppers6 жыл бұрын
Yes
@unfltrdpassion6 жыл бұрын
Awesome. Thanks. I picked up the casters at Harbor Freight when I purchased the stand, took them to Home Depot and got the right size nut for them. Thanks for this video. I was going to buy the Vastex stand but it costs considerably more than the Universal stand so you saved me a few bucks. Just put together my press and started rearranging my basement. Now I need to put together my D100 together in the morning

Hope it went together well for you. Mine is still working good, I am currently looking at some DTG printers and wondering if mine will cure DtG printed shirts :) ill find out one way or the other lol. Good dryer for its size, no doubt..

How much price
@kyledread62638 жыл бұрын
hey man, great video.How much was this machine when you bought it?and will it be able to cure water based inks?
@dschoppers8 жыл бұрын
+kyle agana It was around $1,400.00 or a bit more but under $1,500.... So far it has cured water based and plastisol but you do have to run the belt pretty slow for the water based. I still have this one and use it but will be upgrading to a wider one with two elements soon. I wont be selling this one though, it does do a great job.
