look here's the deal. conor cannot and i repeat he cannot out point floyd mayweather in a full 12 round boxing fight. he doesn't have enough experience to do that. all he can do is brawl him and beat him up and KO him. that's the only way he wins. that means he cannot try to box with him. he has to use his unorthodox stance as if he's fighting UFC and then hit him with a lot of body shots to slow floyd down and then try to KO him in as few rounds as possible. that's his ONLY chance

It takes a lot more skill to be a precise well timed boxer. Don't get me wrong UFC is great but a lot of caveman stand up and anyone can wrestle and hold on. Conor ain't even a black belt. In cage fighting lot of luck involved. Similar to just a street fight but with a cage surrounding the fighters. Boxers consistently have to read their opponents movements legs, feet, and have thoroughly time there punches. No trying to fake out opponents with a knee kick or take down, only your two fists and smart movement or bobbin and weevin to get through. In UFC luck plays a big role in my opinion and it takes much better hand eye coordination, skill, and smarts to be an elite Pro Boxer, period! Which Mayweather is!!

Everyone's "solution" to beat Mayweather is to pressure him and rough him up. This is exactly what he wants you to do. His whole style is counter punching and reacting to an aggressive opponent. If someone wants to beat him they need to make him move forward and catch him when he's stepping forward, off balance, and not set to counter.
