When throwing on heavy bag you shouldn't punch around or moving a lot with your feet unless of ocurse you are on their level.You should plant youur feet and throw the punches like your coach has told you to. There is a video with Donaire where he does heavy bag excellent,i think he was told to throw punches like Tyson.

that lead right makes a different sound entirely from the power left to the point the rear seems to have LESS than the lead at ALL times. lomo gets on just fine being a right hand dominant southpaw but it seems a lot ti give up too
