Fridays... Then Mondays... Then skip a holiday Monday... I lose track of exactly when "last week" was when I'm not sure what today is! Thanks...

There is a difference between legalism and law-abiding. Take for example: the recent Motu Proprio on institution of lay people including women to lector and acolyte offices. Nothing is new as it has been practiced in most of the dioceses after the Vatican II council. Pope Francis just affirmed it by specifying it in the law, making it lawful.
