I love your comments and completely agree about the LEGACY aspect of this property. I’m an Albertan and I’m blown away at how much of this house not only matches my specific tastes but it screams LEGACY PROPERTY to those who can truly appreciate its unique beauty and elegance. I would absolutely look at this property as a legacy property given its private location and access to a great piece of waterfront! I would want to refresh the beautiful stone work and fortify the structure against insect nests, squirrel or mice intrusions. The boat/guest house would get a facelift but one in keeping with the charm and taste laid out throughout the larger property. The landscape work throughout the property is extraordinary as well. I would want to ensure that continues. Can’t say enough about this incredible piece of real estate!! ❤️❤️👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

When I watched this video I peg this house in at around 20 million as Living in this area I know what the prices are like. I could never afford and or be able to maintain a home like this but I was surprised to see the listing below 14 million. it must cost over 100,000.00 a year to maintain. I can see in the details of the plaster mouldings, at the standard mid-height ceiling and the open plan concept in some areas that this is a modern house. However, I must say this one is really well made, and more, surprisingly well decorated with an English classic style that it’s not too dated, neither too boringly trendy, but just suits perfectly with the roots of the house on it’s traditional profile.
