thats the worst, but also if you look on youtube for people who actually end up buying these homes; they have monthly costs upwards of $13,000 dollars not including utilities -> honestly real estate like this ends up being the worst

It does need some fresh paint on the outside. The current yellowish-brown looks way too dull. Red or even pure white, or some sort of rosé would work well here. Other than that, beautiful, spacious grounds and well designed interiors.
