Hi buddy! You will need an E8 socket for the linkage and a 13mm socket to remove the wipers. If you are swapping the motor over to another linkage then that is 10mm Andy👨🏼‍🔧

Hi, great video, trying to do this myself - what is the tool you use to get out the 4 bits that are holding the linkage in place? Mine are held in by metal bits that look like star shapes? Thank you!

Hi, Yes they are E8 bolts so you will need an E8 socket buddy or sometimes you can get them off with an 8mm socket Andy👨🏼‍🔧

@@Daniel-ps8wn I actually have a leaking washer pump on my MK4 GSI project I’m doing just now so might do a bit on that but it’s a very easy repair. Andy 👨🏼‍🔧

@@AMSVauxhall do you know what part it is that I need? It isn’t a leak on the actual tank it is the pipe at the bottom by the looks of it

@@Daniel-ps8wn if the pipe is leaking then it will just need replaced or you could put in a join and extend it. I would find out where it is definitely leaking from first though Andy👨🏼‍🔧
