Your video is very good. I looked how to fix my brother's Corsa. But for your information and for your easiest way to remove or put in back those clumps, there is a specific tool for this job. I spent one and a half hours 5 days ago to remove the clumps from the radiator that i changed. When i bought that tool i finished in five minutes. Thank you for your help.

Great video, note that when putting the pulley on the pump end shaft has two flat sides for a spanner to go on to stop the pump turning

I can see that you may not reply but I have to ask; Youre jacking the engine up and down and moving it backwards and forwards - Did you disconnect the exhaust pipe to do that as there is no way there is that amount of flex in the Corsa exhaust system.

Hi I did not disconnect the exhaust there is enough flexibility to move it around

I have a question: does all the coolant disappear when replacing the water pump? after replacement, is it completely new?

Which hole does the short bolt go into? I've tried all variations but it just doesn't reach the threads.

You forgot to show how to fill water, eny one pre fill the pump? Or just squeeze lower hose to get the water everywhere.
