I do want this for photography and filmmaking. But it's likely out of budget for now, unless I manage to get funding in some way I can't afford the alleged 34k$ price tag(lens included). The sensor is from Fairchild Imaging and your product seems to be the only core that could end up in the hand of civilians. Leonardo DVE also being a product that uses this sensor. I have a 150mm f/1 lens that has a 24mm image circle but it's built for 35 and 25 micro pixel pitch. I would love to try my lens on such a modern sensor (compared to my MIRICLE cores). But I am not sure if adaptation and calibration is possible or economical.

Does this camera store a stream of RJPEG images as a form of a video? The goal is to get the thermal data naturally from the video. From my experience a standard .mp4 format video cannot store thermal data, unless there's a min/max temperature value for each frame within the captions.

@@NikalaiVanLife wtf are you talking about? Ghz? It's LWIR

Infrared is light, part of the electromagnetic spectrum, infrared just refers to the wavelength. But if you need measurements, IR is typically measured in Nanometers, usually 8 to 14 Nanometers, which also translates to 318 Terahertz give or take. @@NikalaiVanLife
