Great video - it would be even better with English closed captions added, but not really necessary. The project was easy enough to follow just by watching you. I am building a custom photo booth that used a webcam as the video capture device and this video will help a lot.

I had a problem with the code running out of memory and had to add GC.Collect() at the end of the "Private Sub Captured()" subroutine. I also added a g.Dispose() and imgAttr.Dispose() but I am not sure I needed that since I think that should be taken care of automatically by the Using statement.

@@ThaoMeoTV Hello thanks. I managed to create a solution with image capture and barcode decode. Now I want to draw a rectangle on the picturebox to improve the accuracy of the capture during the webcam stream. In debug it works wonderfully well but in runtime flash all the time. I do not understand why. i tried to use picture refresh, sleep but nothing. How to keep a rectangle in foreground while capturing an image stream to it. Thanks for solution

This does not work as you have no memory cleanup, after about 30 seconds the camera will stop functionality due to the high amount of memory leakage. some disposing needs to happen here
