The second video in our Fitness Components series. Today we take a look at Muscular Strength, Muscular Power and Local Muscular Endurance, including definitions, influencing factors, fitness testing and sporting examples. *The modified 2020 study design doesn't require knowledge of fitness tests, however they can help with understanding and remembering each fitness component.
