Do I need to adopt specifically the VDA Quationnaire? I am using a Supplier Audit Form but is not including all the questions that are in the VDA Quationnaire.

VDA 6.3 audit has its own audit question list which must be fully followed. If some question is not relevant it may be marked "not applicable"
