Can I run a manual boost controller with the maestro software? I noticed during logs it was showing boost and I wasn’t sure if that was being read by the MAP sensor or something. Sorry a bit new to this

Do you know how I would do a throttle body alignment/adaptation for the AEB DBC? I was already running the 440cc tune. My car was in an accident and sat for a few years. Any help would be much appreciated.

You can do it through the measuring blocks, there’s the TB adaptation feature. Same process as vagcom which can be done on Eurodyne.

@@VdubInParadise I just got a new laptop and I’m having a ton of problems with Eurodyne software. I was able to download the editor and the flasher but not the logger. I watched your video but wasn’t sure if you knew the particular steps for AEB.

@@dustysteele5408 Measuring blocks can be found in the menus of the Eurodyne flasher. Not too familiar if there’s extra steps with AEB since you may have to adjust the throttle stop.

It is a MK4 steering wheel. Only found in the GLI and 337 or 20th GTI models.

Where do you set the octanes for the tunes? Eurodyne doesnt specify the base files octanes for the tunes.

When dealing with octanes, you mainly adjust timing to match the octane you're using. High octane or race gas allows you to run aggressive timing settings to increase horsepower. So you would have to do timing manually through the maps. There are 2 timing maps on eurodyne that they give you to use. "Pump Gas" and "Race Gas" timing. These are used to adjust timing for fuel octane.

Mahalo to you from your Puerto Rican brother from Florida. Hey quick question maybe you can help? Listen 2005 gti 1.8t. No codes but goes into limp mode after full throttle pulls. Oh yeah the rotten egg smell to. Any ideas???

Juan Quinones what’s your exhaust setup? The egg smell sounds like a clogged catalytic converter. The decreased exhaust airflow from the clogging will choke up the engine especially when doing a big pull.

Trey Hornbrook $800 is for buying and registering the physical cable and tuning for one car. If you want to tune another car using that same cable, you pay $500. $500 per ecu, but you need to have a registered cable

@@treyhornbrook8931 Most likely they do not use Eurodyne Maestro, they use a different program. There's a couple of free software tuning programs such as WinOLS or TunerPro, but you need a lot of knowledge with coding of the ECU's. They are not easy to do off the bat since you need to start the tuning from scratch.
