Farming is highly profitable in rainy seasons! I planted tomatoes in 2 acres in april and got a net profit of 18 lakhs in september. Then sowed carrots for 5 acres in june during rain and now sold it on october for 35 lakhs. Totally I got 50 lakhs. During other seasons it hard to earn even 1 lakhs per acre!

@@prabagaranv6130 yes, law doesn't allow as of now depending on food (actually many in the name of food security). Also, no one can store items beyond threshold....Some states have already provided relaxation like TN but not all states....Point is simple....farmers should be given freehand to do what they want and this is the new law....this doesn't mean taking away mandis or MSP's which is another alternate....
