@@jeffr.1219 FT011 😊 I tried with that boat it's seems to like a heavy lipo like 4000mah,ones I had only handled well when I fitted 4082:motor and big 6s lipo

@@paulcooper7162 yes I've seen your videos of it, that's what made me think of it. I let my kid rob parts off it, for his arrow. I mainly run my TFL boats. Been building a few arowanas, seen the ft11 hull sitting there, figured why not? I had a 3450kv 2960 in it at one time, which I ran on 5s 4000mah. Spun the metal shaft, broke the black plastic keeper off the back of transom. That's when it got put on shelf and sat

Hey Paul, did you have to buy a new motor mount or did the motor you bought fit on the existing volantex motor mount?

Hi 👍 I custom made a motor mount for the 3126 2200kv motor outrunner ,made it from the white plastic power board and a spare front mount 36mm motor cooler or can buy a wee motor mount with water cooler superglue in to hull and remove the stock mount and fit a 4mm flex cable and strut if fitting this motor

Everytime I get a boat and do mods I think there has to be somebody else and you always beat me to it lol. I modded mine too but she gets really hot. I need to change the prop. What internals are you running? Idea was a cheap fast roll over boat.

Hi 😊 they seem to get hot so I went for a lower KV motor Mitoot 3126 2200kv outrunner,130A ZTW ESC and 4-6s lipo same setup as my blue rigger.Yes prop size can make or break it

I wan upgrade my sr65 motor to sss 3656 2030kv 6 pole ,fly colour 120a , i run 5/6s lipo can i use 4mm flex shaft? It safe ?

Sounds good,yes 4mm is strong as boat is light ,I only used a small lipo about 1800mah

Hi,only things stock are battery mount,trim fins,trim tabs It has a 3126 2200kv Mitoot chrome outrunner much same size as Vector SR80 1750kv silver black motor, Mitoot motor loves 6s voltage
