He may have set up some way for her to identify Camila beyond voice recognition alone, particularly during a somewhat scuffed stream with an unsteady internet connection, located in a convention center, of all places. At the very least, narrowing down the potential options right off the bat would make the voice recognition much easier. It's all speculation on my part, though, of course. It's an interesting result. After the previous upgrade, Neuro basically had an ironclad "do no harm to living creatures" morality going on and became extremely vexxed at the idea of compromise, which is why she started throwing out Harrison Temple and Rocket Launchers to cope. The new Neuro is seemingly more selfish and calculating, deciding that inaction is better than actively taking a life in most cases and just openly trolling with some of her answers when pressed.

Inaction does not make you guilty, unless your action put them in that situation to begin with. By pulling the lever you are becoming directly responsible for killing the people on the alternate track.

What's interesting about neuro compared to other modern AI's is that the other AI's could ace these tests no problem. But neuro seems to almost have the same intelligence as a developing human. I know a lot of people will say that Neuro's first choice for the trolley problem is "wrong", but it can be boiled down to deontology vs. utilitarianism. The former focuses more on the intent behind actions, whereas the latter focuses on the results. Most people follow utilitarianism moral philosophy, which would say the correct choice is to kill one person so 5 others can live. Deontology would say that if you flip the switch, you are intentionally making the choice of killing someone and committing murder, therefore it's wrong, whereas if you do nothing and 5 people die, you haven't committed any crime because you simply let fate take its course. If you hadn't been there in the first place, then those 5 people would die anyways, whereas the single person would only die if you made the conscious decision to kill them. You don't have the moral right to play God and decide who lives and who dies. Both philosophies have their pros and cons, neither is the "correct" choice. For example, people questioned Mr. Beast's intent when helping people for his videos. Some argue that the intent doesn't matter as long as he's helping people. On the other hand, intent plays a big role in U.S. law. Intent is the difference between whether someone being killed is classified as manslaughter, murder, or a hate crime. It's also why the "Good Samaritan" rule exists; if someone tries to help save someone's life, but inadvertently ends up killing them instead, then they won't be charged with murder or manslaughter because of their intent.
